Under EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, CE compliance is a declaration about a specific machine, not about a company. A manufacturer that says "we are CE certified" without a certificate number covering the specific machine type and model you are buying is not providing you with anything actionable — it cannot appear in your import documentation and will not satisfy your customs broker or insurance underwriter.
The four certificates listed on this page each name the exact product and the model numbers covered. If you are importing one of these machine types into the EU or UK, the Certificate Number and issuing body above are the references your documentation requires. ZTRFM Trademark — What It Means
ZTRFM® is a registered trademark in two jurisdictions:
- EU: Registration No. 018965446, filed at EUIPO, valid to 19 December 2033, covering Class 7 machinery. This is a registered right enforceable across all EU member states.
- China: Registration No. 34406323, filed at CNIPA, valid to 6 July 2029. A second Chinese registration (34402532) provides additional category coverage.
