Summary

The short version

This website sets no advertising cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the enquiry form, and we use it to answer your enquiry and quote a machine. We also use website analytics (Google Analytics 4) to see which pages are useful — it loads only after you accept, and advertising personalisation is switched off. We do not sell or rent your data.

2. What we collect

• Information you submit. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, company, country, machine or application and message you enter, together with the page of this site the enquiry was sent from. Only name, email and message are required; the other fields are optional.
• Technical data from our hosting provider. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) logs requests — IP address, browser type, requested page and time — to deliver the site and to detect abuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
• Bot check. If bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is active, a challenge may be performed when you submit the form. It runs without setting advertising cookies.
• Analytics data — only with your consent. If you accept analytics we receive aggregated usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, and IP addresses are not stored.
• No accounts, no payments. This site has no login and takes no payment details.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — necessary steps before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining availability.
• To measure and improve the website — based on your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time. We rely on nothing else for analytics.
• To send you commercial updates — only if you ask us to. Every such message contains a way to opt out.

4. Who processes it on our behalf

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and bot protection.
• Resend — transactional delivery of the enquiry email to our sales inbox.
• Tawk.to — live-chat widget, if it is switched on. It loads only when you use the chat, and the chat provider may set its own functional cookies at that point.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — website usage measurement, and only if you consent. No analytics request reaches Google before you accept.

These providers act on our instructions as processors. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period — currently up to 24 months — after which they are deleted. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting obligation.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to steven@zt-rfm.com and we will respond. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and are set only if you accept them.

• One item of local storage remembers the cookie choice you make in the banner (ztrfm-consent). It stays in your browser, is not sent to us on every page view, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent. If you choose Accept all, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_<stream>) so we can count visits and see which pages people read. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, and IP addresses are not stored. If you choose Essential only — or before you choose anything — no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing stops all further analytics collection.
• Embedded media. If a page embeds a video from a third-party platform, that platform may set its own cookies once you press play. We do not load such embeds before you interact with them.

8. Where your data is processed

Our providers operate globally, so your enquiry may be processed outside your country — including on Cloudflare's network and in the United States (email delivery, and analytics if you consent). Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted on the site.
