How a ZTRFM Line Is Built
Six stages, from your drawing to the shipping case. The order matters — the profile is settled before any steel is cut, and nothing ships that has not run your section.

Profile engineering
We start from your drawing or a sample section. The roller pass schedule is designed in-house — how many stations, where each bend is placed, and what the strip width has to be before forming. This is the stage that decides whether the finished profile is on dimension.

Roller machining
Rollers are machined on our own CNC lathes and grinders, then heat treated. Machining rollers in-house rather than buying them in is what lets us hold the section geometry and correct a pass without waiting on a third party.

Frame and assembly
The base frame, gantry, drive and hydraulic stations are fabricated and assembled in our workshop. Punching units, cut-off, and the auxiliary equipment are set up on the same frame so the whole line is aligned as one machine, not as parts that meet for the first time on your floor.

Load testing
Every line is run on your profile at the specified thickness and speed before shipment. We measure and record the section dimensions and the cut-length repeatability, and send the running video. A machine that has not produced the profile is not a tested machine.

Control and documentation
The PLC program is written for your profile and cut list, the HMI is configured, and the line is supplied with the electrical drawings, the operation manual, the spare-parts list and the CE Declaration of Conformity.

Packing and shipping
The line is split into transportable sections, wrapped and fixed into steel-framed cases with the loose components boxed and labelled, then shipped FOB Tianjin.
